Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered incredibly spacious, clean rooms that were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The service was exceptionally welcoming and gracious, accommodating every request with a smile. Although the location was a bit rough and not the best, being away from the city center, it was ideal for visiting both Everton football ground and Anfield stadium. The dining experience with homemade soups was a really nice touch. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and remarkably clean with charming romantic touches like heart glitter, a red rose, and heart chocolates. It would have been even better with a full-length mirror, maybe inside the wardrobe door. Overall, the room was exactly as depicted in the photos and impeccably clean.
The hotel had spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated five people, beautifully presented with excellent service. It could benefit from having a small fridge under the desk area for added convenience. The location, though slightly distant from the city center, offers a residential charm and proximity to both Everon football ground and Anfield stadium. Dining delivered to the room was a nice touch. Reliable service went above and beyond with courtesy calls and texts before our stay. The setting above a pub/bistro near Everton ground provides a unique atmosphere with easy access to both football stadiums.
The hotel had exceptional rooms full of character for our large group, although located in not the nicest area. The service was welcoming and friendly, giving us a lovely tour of the hotel and bar below. The location was great, being just a short taxi drive to the city center and attractions, ideal for football fans heading to Goodison Park. Dining was a nice touch with hot sandwiches delivered to our door. A good option for those looking for value for money stays.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were lovely and so clean, providing everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the location, while not the best, was perfect for us. The dining experience, with homemade products left outside our door every morning, was a really nice touch.
The hotel rooms are huge, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities like Netflix, but a full-length mirror could improve the experience. The service is exceptionally polite and welcoming, going the extra mile with courtesy calls and texts. While the hotel is in a residential area, it's close enough to attractions like Anfield Stadium. The dining experience offers good quality dishes delivered right to your door. Overall, a great stay with some room for minor improvements.
